The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival is celebrating its 20th anniversary, returning to Town Green Park and along The Woodlands Waterway on April 11, 12, and 13, 2025. A beloved community event for art lovers, neighbors, and visitors flock to this nationally ranked celebration of fine art, featuring over 200 artists in 12 different mediums like painting, photography, jewelry, and ceramics!
Produced by local arts non-profit The Woodlands Arts Council, the festival's proceeds directly benefit microgrant and student art scholarship programs.

IT’S IN THE AIR………….
Maybe, if we really try, we can see a little glimmer of Fall in the changing colors of the leaves. The weather is still very warm and humid, but maybe, just maybe, we will feel a little drop in temperature soon.
In my part of Texas, Fall is “in the air.” One of the best indications that Fall is coming is when my husband, Jeff, starts talking more about “working puppies,” good prices on shotgun shells and getting a new hunting license. We’re filling up game feeders, rigging trucks and well, doing all the other things we do to get ready for hunting season.
As an artist, this time of year kicks me into high gear. I love painting the landscape “en plein air”. I love painting hunters, dogs, deer, ponds, creeks, mesquite trees and cactus. I’ve ordered new canvases, new paints, new brushes and I’m patiently waiting for a little cool breeze and then I’ll be out there.
I’m very excited that one of my paintings—THE STAKEOUT, will be a live auction item at the annual banquet for the
